One of the unique features of our self-playing Prodigy Player Systems is their ability to be retrofitted into almost any upright or grand piano.

On behalf of a theater in Belgium, we installed a Prodigy Player QuietTime system in a Yamaha piano from the 1960s. This video clearly shows how the system is integrated into a piano and how it functions. The electromechanical coils (solenoids) installed under the keys/keybed will soon no longer be visible behind the cabinet. The only thing that remains visible with this system is the relatively small control panel of the recording system.
